The G*Fit program is a 22 minute, 28 day workout regimen comprised of many movements—designed to be as intense as you can handle. G*Fit is a multi-functional movement program where we build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and lean muscle.

After years of getting cardio only from treadmills and ellipticals, we wanted to find another way to burn fat while still building muscle. After years of experience, we finally figured out how to get the best results possible with fewer injuries.

Not only does G*Fit get results, but the health benefits are through the roof! We believe in pushing you to compete with yourself to get better every day. We specialize in speed, agility, strength and conditioning. We offer programs year-round that cater to most sports and fitness needs.

About Darryl Harris

Darryl Harris, owner of G*Fit Sports & Fitness, believes that "hard work pays off." Darryl is a former UAB football player with a bachelor's degree in health education with a concentration in exercise science. While in college, Darryl worked with some exceptional trainers: Jeff Green, Chris Scarborough, and Greg Stevens. He interned under Stacey Torman, Director of Strength and Conditional at UAB, in all sports. Darryl has also worked with professional athletes, including Matt McCants of the Oakland Raiders and Joe Webb of the Minnesota Vikings. He works with high school athletes in the recruiting process as well as those receiving athletic scholarships.
