28-Day Program
We are using fitness not only to target obesity but also to maximize health and self-esteem. The G*Fit 28 Day Challenge is made up of 5 digital workouts 18-22 minutes comprised of movements that build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and lean muscle. We have broken the workouts into 3 segments core training, cardio, and toning. We have incorporated resistance training so that we can focus on burning fat while still building lean muscle.

After years of getting cardio only from treadmills and ellipticals, we wanted to find another way to burn fat while still building muscle. After years of experience, we finally figured out how to get the best results possible with fewer injuries.
